These Terms form an agreement between Poshi (“we” or “us”) and the person or organization using our service (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you can bind the organization you represent.
The service
Poshi provides AI-assisted telephone reception, call routing, transcription, summarization, scheduling, messaging, and related integrations. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing configurations and maintaining appropriate human oversight, especially for urgent, regulated, medical, or high-impact matters.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your business content, caller notices, connected systems, and use of call data. You must have the required permissions and comply with telecommunications, privacy, call-recording, healthcare, consumer-protection, and other laws applying to your use. You may not use Poshi to deceive or harm people, make unlawful automated calls, or replace qualified human judgment in medical or legal decisions.
Fees, trial, and cancellation
The public offer is a 14-day pilot followed by $600 per month unless an order form states otherwise. A payment card may be required before the pilot begins. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Contact founder@poshiai.com before renewal to cancel future service. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Customer data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Poshi retains ownership of its software, designs, documentation, and technology. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Availability and third parties
The service relies on carriers, internet connectivity, AI providers, and customer integrations. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and do not warrant that AI output is accurate. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Poshi’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed fees paid during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will post material changes here. Questions can be sent to founder@poshiai.com.
